COVID-19 Health and Safety – Karlovsky & Company Dance
October/November 2021
Karlovsky & Company Dance welcomes artists and audiences to our indoor programs for our 2021-22 season. Below is our updated policy to protect patrons, artists, and volunteers from any health exposure risks. This policy is in accordance with the Kranzberg Arts Foundation and CDC recommendations. Karlovsky & Company Dance has been approved as Missouri ArtSafe Certified.

Mask wearing is required for indoor performances.

Audience members age 12+ will be asked to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival at the theater. Patrons can show proof of vaccination by presenting a physical vaccination card, a photo of a physical card, or a digital confirmation of vaccination. In accordance with these protocols, all patrons must present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Guests 18 or younger may present a school photo ID or have their identity confirmed by their accompanying caregiver.

Unvaccinated patrons ages 12+ are to provide a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance or a negative antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance.

Children age 12 and under, who cannot be vaccinated, will NOT need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

All artists and volunteers of Karlovsky & Company Dance are fully vaccinated.

Social distancing is encouraged.
